High-Performance Pathway Program
This program comprises players in the U18 age group who have been identified as potential State Team or National Team representatives. The program also contains those players selected in the Emeralds National Team squad. This program runs through the winter months giving the athletes great opportunities to develop and further athletic abilities and baseball skills in the off season. The High Performance pathway Program is run out of Blacktown International Sports Park and features the highest level coaches Baseball NSW has to offer.
