BNSW’s Registration & Event Management Platform – Game Day Passport (GDP)
GDP is part of the Stack Sports Group which also includes Team App (integrating with GDP in the 2022/23 season) and GameChanger.
GDP will be responsible for the management of Baseball NSW events, and member registrations on behalf of clubs, associations, Baseball NSW, and Baseball Australia. A key change from our previous platforms is the multiple payment options which include PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and payment plans offered via Open Pay.

Baseball NSW Refund Policy
Baseball NSW and Baseball Australia Capitation Fees are non-refundable.
A request for a refund of capitation can be sent to registrations@baseballnsw.com.au and if approved, it will be at Baseball NSW’s sole and absolute discretion.
If Baseball NSW exercises its discretion to approve a refund request, each particular circumstance is unique and the exercise of discretion by Baseball NSW in one instance does not create the obligation to exercise discretion again in another.
