Emerging Pathway Program
The Emerging Pathways Program is Baseball NSW’s youngest high-performance program where we begin to identify the high levels of talent that are present in junior baseball across New South Wales.
This program will start to engrain the teachings of Baseball NSW and incorporate the fundamentals of higher-level baseball in practice and gameplay scenarios.
Our Emerging Program is targeted towards players who are turning or have already turned 11,12, 13, or 14 years old in 2025.
The Emerging Pathways Program strives to enhance the skills of club and association-based players, with an emphasis on those who are being exposed to higher-performance programs for the first time.
Areas covered in the program include Infielding, Outfielding, Pitching, Catching, Hitting, Base Running and an Introduction to Strength and Conditioning.
Leading the Emerging Pathways Program will be a pool of coaching talent who have experience at multiple levels throughout baseball including NSW State Team Coaches, State League Coaches, and Development Coaching Staff.

Trials
The trials for all 3 venues will be held at:
Diamond 2, Blacktown International Sports Park (BISP), 81 Eastern Road, Rooty Hill.
Trial dates are:
Tuesday, 20th May – 6 pm to 9 pm
Thursday, 22nd May – 6 pm to 9 pm (if required)
Players who have been selected to participate in the state titles will be granted automatic entry into the Emerging Pathways Program and will not need to attend the trials.
The parents of these players will be emailed separately but will still need to follow the registration process.

All Venues:
July
Mondays: 7, 14, 21, 28
Wednesdays: 9, 16, 23, 30
August
Mondays: 4, 11, 18, 25
Wednesdays: 6, 13, 20, 27
Each session will run from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
