The Doosan Bears have commenced their full squad spring training out at Blacktown International Sports Park for 2024!
We welcomed back the full Doosan Bears squad including their General Manager, CEO and Coaching Staff lead by KBO legend Lee Seung-yeop.
Their annual spring training is a highlight event on our calendar. The Bears, who have been frequenting Australia since 2016, are looking forward to their upcoming season and value the relationship they have built with Baseball NSW and the Blacktown City Council. They are one of three Korean teams currently training in Australia!
The team have been hard at work with training three days on and one day rest before going again. They have been able to use the brand new facilities at the Blacktown Exercise, Sport and Technology Hub (BEST) for some of their training, with half their training on the field and the other half in the state of the art gym across the road!
