Baseball NSW is inviting interested applicants to fill out Expressions of Interests for the positions of coaching and support staff across two representative competitions: Barclay Cup and 21s Invitational.
We seek individuals who understand the different goals of each competition and can bring the right approach, values, and experience to the role they are applying for.
The following positions are available for each competition:
- Head Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
- Executive Officers
Baseball NSW expects applicants to demonstrate the following behaviours and attributes:

- Junior Programs – commitment to responsible coaching practices, including dry trips and no-wagering policies.
Likewise, BNSW is looking for applicants with the following skills:
- A high level of technical instruction and the ability to make sound mechanical adjustments for athletes.
- Experience in game strategy and tournament or season management.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey consistent messages to players, supporting their development and game understanding.
- An understanding of feedback and evaluation methods, both pre-and post-tournament, for players, staff, and self-evaluation.
