Baseball NSW is calling interested players to register for trials for the NSW Open Women’s and Youth Women’s State Teams.
These teams will participate in the Australian Women’s and Youth Women’s Championships to be held at Melbourne Ballpark from the 12th to the 18th April 2026.
BNSW has a very rich and successful history competing at the National level, and this is your chance to showcase your skills and continue our competitive tradition!
Eligibility for trial and selection for the NSW Open Women’s State Team requires players to have been born in 2010 or earlier.
The trial will be held at Blacktown International Sports Park (BISP) on the following dates:
- Monday, 17th November 2025: 6PM to 9PM (Diamond 2)
- Wednesday, 19th November: 6PM to 9PM (Diamond 1)
- Monday, 24th November: 6PM to 9PM (Diamond 2)
- Wednesday, 26th November: 6PM to 9PM (D1)
- Monday, 1 December: 6PM to 9PM (D2)
- Wednesday, 3 December: 6PM to 9PM (D1)
- Monday, 8 December: 6PM to 9PM (D2)
All players must also register to attend the trials. Registrations for the trials close on Thursday, 13 November 2025, at 5PM, so don’t wait too long!
Meanwhile, eligibility for the NSW Youth Women’s State Team requires players to have been born in 2010, 2011, or 2012.
Trials will be held at Diamond 3 of BISP on the following dates:
- Monday 17th November 2025 from 6pm – 9pm
- Wednesday 19th November 2025 from 6pm – 9pm
- Monday 24th November 2025 from 6pm – 9pm
- Monday 1st December 2025 from 6pm to 9pm
- Wednesday 3rd December 2025 from 6am to 9pm
- Monday 8th December 2025 from 6pm to 9pm
- Wednesday 10th December 2025 from 9am to 9pm (if needed)
Again, all players must register to attend the trials. Registrations also close on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 5PM.
