Expressions of Interest Now Open: 2026 Australian Youth Championship Coaching Roles

Baseball NSW is excited to announce that expressions of interest are now open for coaching roles with our 2026 Australian Youth Championship (AYC) teams.

We will once again be entering teams in both the U16 and U18 National Championships, taking place in January 2026. This is your chance to be part of a proud and successful representative program that has consistently delivered at the national level.

We’re currently seeking passionate and qualified individuals in multiple roles, from Manager to EO. Baseball NSW is looking for coaches who align with our system and philosophy, demonstrate ethical leadership, and possess strong technical and communication skills. Candidates must also maintain a players-first mentality and composure under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • BNSW Coaching Level C accreditation (If you need to get accredited, please click here to visit our Events tab to look for an upcoming course)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Understanding of high-performance coaching and strategy
  • Proven experience in youth development
