NSW Country Baseball is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for Assistant Coaching roles in the lead-up to the 2026 Australian Youth Championships (AYC). While the exact dates for the national event are yet to be announced by Baseball Australia, preparations are already underway to ensure another strong showing from NSW Country.
These volunteer positions present a unique opportunity for coaches passionate about player development and elite competition to contribute to the continued success of NSW Country at the national level.
Available roles include:
- Assistant Coach (U16 & U18)
- Development Coach (U16 & U18)
- Executive Officer (U16 & U18)
Coaches must meet the required accreditation and hold a current Working with Children Check. They will also be expected to work in alignment with the Baseball NSW High-Performance Development Philosophy and attend key training events, including development days in Port Macquarie.
Successful applicants will collaborate with regional coaches and the Country League Standing Committee (CLSC) to deliver training programs and prepare athletes for elite performance.
