Hills Sports High School Wins State Championship at 2025 NSWCHS Girls Baseball

Baseball NSW congratulates the Hills Sports High School girls’ baseball team for winning the State Championship at this year’s NSWCHS Girls Baseball Competition!

The girls from Hills exercised terrific teamwork both on the plate and on the mound. Pitchers Emily Ninnes and Kate Blanning put on a defensive clinic as they kept their opponents scoreless.

Meanwhile, the Hills’ bats were on fire, as Kate Banning dinged an RBI triple in the first and drove in Kara Cassidy to get first on the scoreboard. Then, Claire Hangan went for a 2 RBI triple to stretch the lead, playing solid baseball for the first three innings.

This trio also combined for a perfect 9-9, collecting six extra base hits among them.

Additionally, all ten players for Hills reached base at least once, demonstrating quality team play on the diamond.

Once again, BNSW congratulates the Hills girls for their dominant showing to win this year’s NSWCHS Girls Baseball State Championship!
