Call for Expressions of Interest: Sporting Schools Program Coaches Wanted
Baseball NSW is excited to announce an opportunity for baseball coaches to inspire the next generation of players by delivering baseball and tee-ball programs in schools across New South Wales as part of the Sporting Schools Program.
The Sporting Schools Program is an Australian Government initiative designed to encourage school-aged children to participate in sports and connect with their local sports communities. As an affiliated partner of this program, Baseball NSW aims to introduce baseball to young people and foster their passion for the game.
Role Overview: As a coach in the program, you will…
- Teach baseball fundamentals and skills to school-aged children.
- Represent Baseball NSW in schools, promoting a love for the game.
- Deliver sessions during school hours on weekdays over multiple weeks.
Requirements: To be eligible, you must…
- Hold a current Baseball Level ‘A’ Coaching Accreditation.
- Have a valid Working with Children Check.
- Be available during weekdays and within school hours.
