Baseball NSW is proud to announce the launch of the new Baseball NSW x Sydney Blue Sox Academy, a dynamic development program that replaces the previous Emerging Player Program (EPP) and delivers expanded opportunities for players across New South Wales.
Delivered in partnership with the Sydney Blue Sox, the Academy brings players closer to professional baseball pathways by combining elite-level coaching, structured skill development, and direct access to professional expertise. The program has been designed to support aspiring players at all stages of their development, creating a modern, connected pathway from grassroots participation to higher levels of competition.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to grow the game in NSW and provide meaningful, accessible development opportunities that strengthen both participation and performance outcomes.

Stuart Scott from Sydney Blue Sox/Black Pearl Sports Group said the Academy represents a new model for participation and development in NSW.
