Baseball NSW is seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers to provide apparel, equipment, and merchandise across key operational categories that support the delivery of competitions, high-performance programs, and member engagement initiatives.
This open tender process is an opportunity for suppliers to establish preferred commercial arrangements with Baseball NSW, ensuring reliable supply, high-quality products, and alignment with the organisation’s brand and strategic objectives.
Suppliers may submit proposals for individual categories or for the full scope of requirements. While the initial term of appointment is two years (2026–2028), there is potential for extension to three years subject to performance and mutually agreed terms. Proponents may also consider opportunities that provide complementary benefits to both parties, such as initiatives that support program delivery, brand alignment, or member engagement.
Scope of Categories
Submissions are invited across one or more of the following categories:
- Corporate Attire – Staff uniforms, executive apparel, and event-branded clothing to ensure professional presentation across all Baseball NSW touchpoints.
- State Team / Pathway Uniforms – Playing and training kits for all representative teams, including Pathways, Australian Youth Championships, Australian Women’s Championships, and Australian Youth Women’s Championships.
- Balls – Endorsed Suppliers – Baseballs for tournaments and competitions, including Sydney Cup, State League, Women’s League, and State Championships, with support for club orders.
- Supporter Merchandise – Fan merchandise including replica jerseys, caps, and other products to support engagement and revenue generation.
