Following a sustained period of participation growth and a renewed focus on strategic development, Baseball NSW is entering an exciting phase of transformation, shaping future participation pathways and building a thriving, inclusive community for all who love our sport.
Women and girls are crucial to the future of Baseball NSW. This role is central to accelerating female participation at every level through all involvement types across grassroots, performance, and community leadership.
Purpose of the Role
The Women’s Development Lead will champion the growth, retention and experience of women and girls across baseball in NSW. The role drives key participation programs, develops improved pathways for female athletes, advocates for the needs of women and girls, and builds capability across the sport to ensure strong and sustainable female participation outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role works collaboratively with clubs, associations, coaches, schools, representatives and the broader community.
