During the October holidays, Baseball NSW hosted ‘School Holiday Camps’, focusing on tee ball players and those baseballers in the U10 to U14 age groups.
Throughout the camp we focused on several aspects of the game such as fielding fundamentals, situational defence, offence, base running, specialty defence position, pitching, and concluded everyday with a game.
The players were fortunate to work with State Development Officer, Blue Sox and Team Australia Pitcher Coen Wynne, Boston Red Sox Prospect Adam Bates, and Sydney Blue Sox player Mitch Austin over the three days as they imparted their skills and knowledge to the group of players.
