Today, Baseball.com.au announced the 10 Australian players who have been invited to play on the ‘World Select team’ at the upcoming MLB College Showcase Tour in Arizona.
Congratulations to the 4 NSW players who have been selected – Josh Nati, James Fergusson, Ben Karakasis and Luke Donaghey.
This year’s tour runs from the 23rd September to the 3rd of October offering 11 days of visits to local Arizona colleges and universities, games against teams at various levels and a pro-style workout day for college recruiters and professional scouts. Past Australian alumni includes the likes of NSW juniors and MiLB prospects, Travis Bazzana and Rixon Wingrove.
