Baseball NSW are excited to announce the running of the inaugural National Masters Baseball Championships at Blacktown International Sports Park this coming January 2021.
We will be partnering with SportsLink Travel and Baseball Australia to create an annual event to integrate Masters Baseball with the Australian Baseball League (ABL) With the loss of several events this past year due to COVID19 Baseball NSW is keen to provide an opportunity for our more senior playing members to ‘strap on’ the boots and have a run-around whilst having the chance to watch the Australian Baseball League in action with players such as Manny Ramirez and company. The competition will comprise three divisions, 35+, 45+ and 55+ with a limit on how many teams will be able to participate so get in quick. Teams can register via the link below and invitations are open for all teams across Australia. Baseball NSW CEO Mark Marino, a long time Masters competitor, commented that ‘Masters Baseball has been some of the most enjoyable memories of my time in the game. I encourage you to come along and enjoy one of the best venues in the country along with one of the best teams in the ABL.’ The event will run from January 4th to January 8th 2021 with SportsLink Travel providing team packages and social events for the tournament. Expressions of interest to take part in the event are now open via the link at the top of this page. For more information, please download the announcement and event flyer below: Comments are closed.
